These terms govern access to https://claimcircuit.com and the ClaimCircuit workspace at https://app.claimcircuit.com, both operated by ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC. ClaimCircuit is a claims operating layer used by insurers, TPAs, and in-house claims teams. Workspace use is also governed by the order form and master subscription agreement signed with the customer organization; where those documents conflict with these terms, the order form and master agreement control.

- Pricing is set in an order form; no plan is auto-billed without a written agreement.

- Governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
01Introduction and agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC ("ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC", "we", "us") covering use of the ClaimCircuit marketing site at https://claimcircuit.com and the ClaimCircuit workspace at https://app.claimcircuit.com. By browsing the marketing site or accessing a workspace, you accept these terms.
If you access a workspace on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the master subscription agreement and any order form signed with that organization apply to your use. ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC is established under the laws of Delaware, United States.
02The service
ClaimCircuit is claims workflow software. It supports claims teams across the operational arc of a claim, including:
- Claim intake and first notice of loss capture.
- Evidence organization for documents, photos, video, and third-party reports.
- AI-assisted review, summarization, and extraction of claim content.
- Routing claims and tasks across queues, roles, and capacity.
- Customer communication support, where authorized humans review outbound drafts.
- Settlement-prep briefs and exhibit packs for adjuster review.
ClaimCircuit is decision support, not an autonomous claims handler. The service does not approve, deny, settle, or pay claims on its own.
03Accounts and workspaces
- Users must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Customer organizations manage who is invited to a workspace and at what role.
- Workspace administrators are responsible for the roles, permissions, integrations, and configuration they set, and for the lawful basis on which claim data is processed.
- Each user is responsible for protecting their credentials, for the actions taken under their account, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to their administrator and to security@claimcircuit.com.
04Customer content and claim data
Content uploaded into a workspace, and content generated inside the workspace by users or AI features, is referred to here as "customer content". Customer content includes claim records, documents, photos, videos, audio, policy files, customer messages, claim notes, timelines, and AI-prepared drafts.
- The customer organization, or where applicable the user uploading the content, retains ownership of customer content.
- Users represent that they have the rights, authorizations, and lawful basis required to upload, store, and process the customer content they submit.
- ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC processes customer content only as needed to provide the service and as instructed by the customer organization, consistent with the master subscription agreement.
- Customer content is not used to train foundation models.
Claim records, evidence, and AI-generated drafts are retained for the duration of the active claim and any regulatory or contractual retention window agreed with the customer. Customers control export and deletion of their data.
05AI-assisted features
AI prepares the claim. Humans make the decision. Customer claim data is not used to train foundation models. AI outputs are drafts that an authorized adjuster must review, edit, and sign off before any external action is taken.
- AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Authorized users must review AI outputs before relying on them.
- AI outputs are not final claim decisions and must not be presented to claimants, regulators, or partners as decisions made by ClaimCircuit.
- AI outputs must not be used as the sole basis for claim approval, denial, settlement, payment, fraud accusation, SIU referral, cancellation, or any other high-impact decision affecting a claimant or third party.
- Fraud signals surfaced by the platform are indicators for human investigation, not findings or accusations.
- Users are responsible for complying with the legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal obligations that apply to their handling of claim data and to any decision derived from AI outputs.
06Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
ClaimCircuit subscriptions are configured per customer organization and may be priced based on workspace, number of authorized seats, monthly claim volume, enabled modules, and enterprise governance configuration.
Paid terms — including fees, payment cadence, renewal, true-up, and cancellation rights — are governed by the order form and master subscription agreement signed with the customer organization. Where billing is enabled, payments are handled by a third-party payment processor.
Cancellation and termination of a paid subscription follow the order form and master subscription agreement. ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC does not auto-enroll workspaces in paid plans without a written agreement.
07Acceptable use
Use of ClaimCircuit is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use, which forms part of these terms. Conduct that violates that policy may result in suspension or termination as described there.
08Security and access
- Users must not attempt to access accounts, workspaces, data, or systems they are not authorized to access.
- Users must not interfere with security controls, audit logging, role-based permissions, or rate limits.
- Suspected vulnerabilities or incidents must be reported responsibly to security@claimcircuit.com with enough detail to reproduce.
- ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC may suspend, throttle, or restrict access at any time to investigate suspected abuse, contain risk, protect the platform or its users, or comply with applicable law.
09Third-party services
ClaimCircuit relies on a limited set of subprocessor categories to operate, including hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication providers, AI service providers, transactional and marketing email providers, analytics tooling where enabled, and payment processors where billing is enabled. Each is bound by contract to protect the data they process.
Workspaces may also connect to integrations configured by the customer organization. The customer organization is responsible for the integrations it enables, the data exchanged, and the access scopes it grants.
10Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify, add, or retire features as the platform evolves. Material changes affecting workspace functionality are communicated to the customer organization's administrator before they take effect, where practical.
ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation through these terms. Service availability commitments, if any, are described in the master subscription agreement.
11Disclaimers
The marketing site and any free or evaluation access to the workspace are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where expressly stated in the master subscription agreement.
ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC does not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific claim, and does not warrant any particular outcome from use of the platform.
12Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and subprocessors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to use of the marketing site or the workspace, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Liability arising from workspace use, including any aggregate cap, is governed and limited by the master subscription agreement signed with the customer organization. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13Termination
ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC may suspend or terminate access to the marketing site or a workspace if a user materially breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if continued access poses a security or legal risk, or as required by applicable law.
Termination of a paid workspace is governed by the order form and master subscription agreement, including any export, retention, and wind-down provisions. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes between the customer organization and ClaimCircuit Technologies LLC are resolved as set out in the master subscription agreement.
