ClaimCircuit uses a small, deliberate set of cookies and similar browser storage to operate the marketing site at https://claimcircuit.com and the workspace at https://app.claimcircuit.com. Optional categories stay off until you choose them. ClaimCircuit does not run third-party advertising, ad-network pixels, or cross-site behavioral retargeting.
Cookies at a glance
- Strictly necessary storage is always on so the site and workspace can function.
- Preferences, analytics, and marketing categories are off by default.
- No advertising tracking, no behavioral retargeting, no data sale.
- Your choice can be changed any time from the footer “Cookie settings” link.
- Cookie questions: privacy@claimcircuit.com.
02How {{PRODUCT_NAME}} uses cookies
ClaimCircuit uses cookies to keep authenticated workspace sessions alive, protect the platform from abuse, remember interface choices when you opt in, and — where enabled — measure aggregate use of the marketing site so we can improve it. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
03Strictly necessary cookies
- Load the marketing site and the workspace correctly.
- Maintain authenticated workspace sessions and detect session expiry.
- Protect against abuse, including basic rate limiting and CSRF protection.
- Record your cookie consent decision so we do not prompt on every page.
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off; the workspace will not function without them.
04Preference cookies
- Remember interface choices like theme, language, and recently used workspace views.
- Off by default. Enabled only after you opt in through the cookie settings panel.
05Analytics cookies
- Aggregate, non-identifying usage metrics about the marketing site (page views, referrer category, broad device type).
- No claim data, no workspace data, and no personal contact details are included in marketing analytics.
- Off by default. The category is available only when ClaimCircuit enables an analytics provider; until then, no analytics cookies are loaded even if the toggle is on.
06Marketing cookies
ClaimCircuit does not currently run marketing or advertising cookies. The marketing category exists in the consent panel only so you can express a preference for the future. The category is off by default and remains off until ClaimCircuit enables it; if that ever happens, this policy and the consent panel will be updated before any such cookie is set.
07Cookie consent controls
On your first visit, ClaimCircuit shows a cookie notice. You can accept all categories, reject everything that is not strictly necessary, or open the settings panel to choose category by category. Optional categories are off until you actively turn them on; nothing is pre-selected.
Your decision is saved with a version number and timestamp so we know when it was made and so we can re-prompt only when the categories themselves materially change.
08Changing your choices
- Open the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any public page to revisit the consent panel and change category toggles at any time.
- Most browsers also let you block, allow, or clear cookies in their privacy settings. Doing so may sign you out of the workspace and reset preferences.
- Email preferences for updates@claimcircuit.com are managed separately on the email preferences page; they are not controlled by this cookie panel.
09Third-party cookies
Some strictly necessary functionality is delivered by subprocessors (for example hosting, authentication, and transactional email). When those subprocessors set cookies they do so to operate the service on our behalf. ClaimCircuit does not allow third-party advertising, ad-network pixels, or cross-site behavioral retargeting to run on the marketing site or in the workspace.
10Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The effective and last updated dates above always reflect the version currently in force. Material changes to category definitions will trigger a re-prompt the next time you visit.
